Legal hub

Extraa legal, policy, and compliance center

Extraa operates the extraa.ae marketplace and connected business software environment. This hub collects the customer, merchant, onboarding, payout, privacy, and support documents that govern access to our services in the UAE.

Effective date: June 2, 2026
Customer use of the marketplace, app, website, wallet, promotions, and bookings is governed by the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Business use of merchant dashboards, listings, software tools, payouts, and onboarding services is additionally governed by the Merchant Agreement, Business Onboarding Agreement, and Payout Terms.
Where a booking or merchant-specific policy conflicts with a general website page, the narrower booking, merchant, payout, or transaction-specific rule controls to the extent permitted by law.
If you need a copy of a current policy version, account-related consent log, or escalation path, contact support using the legal or compliance category so the request can be triaged correctly.

What this legal center covers

Extraa is both a consumer-facing booking marketplace and a business-facing software platform. Because users interact with us in different capacities, our legal framework separates customer terms, merchant terms, privacy terms, onboarding obligations, and payout controls.

This structure is intended to make the contractual relationship clearer and to reduce ambiguity about which rules apply to browsing, account creation, booking, merchant listing management, payment collection, cancellation, disputes, content submissions, and settlement handling.

Order of precedence

  • A booking-specific disclosure shown at checkout, in a confirmation flow, or on a merchant profile applies to that transaction first.
  • Merchant commercial documents govern business accounts, listings, subscriptions, onboarding work, and settlement administration.
  • General website rules apply to browsing, public content, and use of the platform more broadly unless a narrower document says otherwise.
Nothing in this legal hub limits non-waivable consumer rights or mandatory legal requirements that apply under governing law.

Contact, notices, and recordkeeping

Questions, notices, complaints, and compliance requests may be sent to support@extraa.ae. We may request identity verification, booking references, merchant account identifiers, or evidence reasonably required to investigate or respond.

Platform records, usage logs, payment records, communication logs, booking timestamps, merchant dashboard logs, and system events may be used to interpret, enforce, or defend these documents and to resolve quality, fraud, chargeback, or misuse issues.
