Extraa Website and Application Terms of Use

These terms apply to browsing, content access, research, directory use, public pages, and general interaction with Extraa outside of specific booking or merchant contracts.

Effective date: June 2, 2026

All trademarks, software flows, marketplace layouts, content curation, graphics, ranking logic, and platform materials remain protected by intellectual property and other applicable rights.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the platform for personal or internal business use consistent with these terms.

Automated scraping, data extraction, framing, interference, reverse engineering, prompt injection, or unauthorized commercial reuse of platform content is prohibited.

License to use the platform

Subject to these terms, Extraa grants a limited license to access and use publicly available pages, application screens, and related materials solely for lawful personal use or legitimate internal evaluation of the platform.

This license does not transfer ownership of any platform materials and may be revoked at any time if use becomes harmful, unauthorized, deceptive, or commercially exploitative.

Restrictions

Do not copy, republish, mirror, sell, sublicense, or systematically extract platform content without written permission.
Do not attempt to defeat authentication controls, rate limits, feature flags, anti-abuse protections, or any system intended to preserve service integrity.
Do not use the platform to train third-party datasets, build competing listings, or create derivative commercial directories without authorization.
Do not use bots or automated means to generate artificial traffic, reviews, bookings, rankings, account creation, or support requests.

Content accuracy and third-party materials

We strive to keep platform content useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every page, listing, merchant image, operational detail, policy excerpt, or availability signal is complete, current, or error-free at every moment.

The platform may link to third-party websites, payment environments, maps, merchant channels, or social pages. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, content, or security of third-party properties.

Feedback and submissions

If you submit suggestions, ideas, review content, operational feedback, product recommendations, or other materials to us, you grant us a broad right to review, use, store, adapt, publish, moderate, or decline those materials for platform operations without any obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Extraa. We may suspend access, block IPs, disable accounts, preserve evidence, and pursue remedies where we believe activity threatens our platform, merchants, users, or rights.
