Extraa Terms of Service
These terms govern customer and account-level use of Extraa marketplace services, booking tools, messaging, promotional features, and related digital services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Extraa, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, and any booking, promotional, merchant, or payment-specific rules disclosed within the platform.
You must have authority to enter into a binding agreement and to provide any data, payment method, or business information used with the service. If you use the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Marketplace and booking role
Extraa provides technology, search, profile management, booking workflows, messaging, reporting, and other digital tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the direct provider of the underlying merchant service, treatment, or appointment.
Merchants control their own service menus, staff allocation, operating hours, policies, availability, service quality, merchant representations, and in-person service delivery. We may display, moderate, rank, or remove merchant information, but this does not convert us into the operating provider of the booked service.
Accounts, verification, and acceptable use
- Keep credentials confidential and maintain control over account access and registered contact information.
- Do not create false accounts, impersonate others, scrape the platform, interfere with infrastructure, exploit pricing or booking bugs, or misuse promotional offers.
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, harassing, or infringing material through messages, reviews, profiles, or support channels.
- We may request identity, payment, or device verification before allowing booking, payout, refund, dispute, or high-risk actions.
Payments, fees, cancellations, and support
Certain bookings may require a deposit, prepayment, saved payment method, or post-booking collection. By proceeding, you authorize the processing route shown at checkout and acknowledge that the merchant, the payment service provider, and platform controls may each influence how funds are captured, delayed, reversed, or released.
Refunds, cancellation rights, no-show handling, and dispute treatment are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, merchant-specific rules, and any mandatory law that applies to the transaction.
Platform rights and service changes
- We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or reconfigure features, merchants, locations, integrations, promotions, pricing models, account permissions, or service pathways at any time.
- We may review, reject, or remove content, pause bookings, cancel suspicious activity, require manual review, or decline support outcomes where records are incomplete or risk signals are present.
- We may preserve logs and communications and use them to investigate disputes, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or contract breaches.
Disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-available and as-permitted basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchant quality, outcome suitability, merchant conduct, ranking accuracy, pricing continuity, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extraa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, reputational, data-loss, or opportunity-related damages arising from platform use, merchant performance, booking outcomes, downtime, chargebacks, fraud, or user misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold the platform parties harmless from claims, losses, penalties, expenses, chargebacks, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, submitted content, unlawful conduct, or inaccurate representations.
Governing law and dispute handling
These terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with the laws applicable to the operation of the platform in the UAE, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to a specific user or transaction.
We may require that users first submit disputes through platform support, provide reasonable documentation, and cooperate with our internal review process before escalating externally. We may rely on platform records, timestamps, merchant submissions, provider records, and communications when assessing a claim.
